A routine day at Linda's job turns into something of a nightmare.

Taking an intern under her wing, she expects to have an easy day at her job and forget all about her failing relationship.

Soon after the arrival of a car crash victim, the hospital turns into a dead house.

Trapped inside with the mayhem, she needs to get out to survive.
