Mt. Airy, North Carolina. A retired police chief, he has been writing ghost-hunting stories for
over 17 years.

Of Wine and Spirits: Hermann Shadows II, Dan continues his stories of the haunted town of
Hermann, Missouri. Following up on his most successful book, Hermann Shadows, in these
pages, we will find the spirit of a condemned man executed in the Gasconade County Jail who
still bares no malice towards the officers that hanged him; from just outside Hermann, an older
woman haunts her home and expects her family to follow her morals; a woman in a former
nursing home that just wanted some company; and even an officer who died of cancer and still
reports to work, expecting his desk to be left alone.
Turn on the lights, pull the shades down tight, and lock your door. You’re about to take another
supernatural journey with Spookstalker Dan through the dark streets of Hermann, Mo.!
