This book constitutes the proceedings of the 18th Mexican Conference on Pattern Recognition, MCPR 2026, held in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, during June 24–27, 2026.

The 34 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 58 submissions.
