Percy the Clown

For decades, West Harmony has been haunted by an evil, child-killing clown named Percy. He has been abducting children from the town for years, and there are rumours that he is a cannibal. When Percy strikes again, kidnapping a young girl named Eden, twenty-three-year-old Jamie decides to confront the clown, and get Eden back home safe to her parents.
