Plant Microbiomes

The relationships between plants and their microbiomes are complex and pervasive. In a real sense, the ecology, physiology and evolution of plants are inextricably linked to microbial partners. This volume reviews and summarizes the plant microbiomes in a variety of plants and plant structures. Topics include root microbes and mycorrhizae, various grain and fruit microbiomes, and natural ecosystem microbial communities.
