This is Volume II of seven in the Philosophy of Religion and General Philosophy series. Originally published in 1927, this essay takes the position of the bewildered individual seeking an intellectual way of life. In philosophy this is called methodology. It may not lead to future discovery or invention, but it may bring peace of mind in the present confusion, a zone of calm in the storm of doctrines.
