London: 1977. Billy is a punk rocker holding down a dead-end job in Smithfield Meat Market while taking his first small steps up the criminal ladder. Meanwhile, he and his close circle of boyhood friends fight their way through London's mean streets to stay one step ahead of their many enemies and avoid being nicked by Old Bill.
