"That this Honorable Court grant this petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, and that petitioner, James Allan Rader be brought before the court, and that the Respondents be required to show cause why said James Allen Raders freedom should not be restored to him, and to show cause why Warrant of Arrest should not be quashed, and for such other and further relief as to this court seems just and proper."
