This suit was brought to recover a real estate sales commission on the sale of the 14,902 acre Venado Ranch to the Navajo Tribe. The district court found that Ranch World of New Mexico, Inc. was entitled to a brokers commission of $51,600 on the sales price of $1,290,000 paid to the owner, Berry Land & Cattle Company. We affirm.
