When she was targeted by the people she worked with, she had no idea, it would be the one thing that led her to be promoted. When she did her job well, no one would both her. Then one day, when she had to make sure she handed a project over to her boss and the owner of the company, she had no idea that would change everything.
He had been an unwitting participant in a prank that he could not help himself to fix. He had tried. Now he needed her to help him, and in the process the relationship between the two would change.
