Revolutionary Management

In 1974, Jimmy ST Fok got his first job in the media industry immediately after graduating with an honours degree in mass communication. He was trained in journalism, advertising and broadcasting. His last stint in the media line was senior journalist cum re-writer. He joined a renowned international corporation in 1979, playing the role of sales trainer, editor of the in-house monthly newsletter and sales support executive.



Shortly thereafter, he ventured out to take up various positions ranging from branch manager, branch operations cum customer services head, director of the sales force, management support head, product promotion head etc. His endeavours after retirement from full-time engagement in year 2011 include freelance management consulting, rewriting of reference materials for financial institutions, products launch campaigns and talent search solutions.



Due to his varied experiences and being an inquisitive person, Jimmy made observations on the developments in the corporate world. He also took special note of the management styles exhibited by top level executives, including also peculiar corporate cultures. The observations were documented and transferred to his personal library for future perusal when needed in his consulting services.



On the side line, Jimmy regularly shares his thoughts and life philosophies as a blogger. In fact, this e-book contains some transcripts re-presented in a re-arranged format from his blog extracts. It is his second book production. He produced his first (hard copy) book, entitled Life Insurance Agents’ Basic Ingredients For Success, in year 2000.
