Zoe Carr is screwed—not literally, she's still a virgin—but the university messed up her residence application and now she's basically homeless.  When her brother finds out, his roommates offer her a spot in their house, rent-free, if she's willing to keep the house clean. What turns out to be a hot mess is made sweeter when one of the guys offers to give up his room so she's got her own bedroom.

It's her brother, so easy-peasy, right? Plus, living with a couple of hot, athletic- guys might help break her out of her shell. It's got to be win-win.

All is good until the guys go away for a tournament, and she decides that having the house to herself and doing a little self-care won't do any harm. That is, until  her brother's best friend walks in. Turns out a captain can get sent home as punishment. 

Now Zoe, nearly naked in the living room with candles burning, might be the hottest thing Ian Harper's ever seen. And his offer to help Zoe with the self-care might be the one thing she can't say no to.
