Steve Schwoeble is a greedy and arrogant billionaire, telecommunications tycoon and one of Hollywood’s most celebrated filmmakers. But unbeknownst to those who know him in that light, he is also a ruthless California mafia boss, and the head of a powerful transnational sex trafficking criminal organization that imports women from Asia and Europe. The tentacles of his empire stretch from as far away as Israel to the Cayman Islands.

Someone is trying to assassinate the top echelon in Steve’s organization, and they have no idea who is behind it. Felipe Santos, a feared, no-nonsense cop leads the investigation into Steve’s dealings.

After Steve is badly wounded in an assassination attempt, he flees to Grand Cayman to recuperate at his luxurious canal front home. Superintendent Lascelles Bodden keeps him under surveillance for the FBI, who is steadily building a case against him and his cronies, but someone else is equally determined to kill him and bring his powerful organization to its knees.
