Upon taking an early retirement from his office job, Mr. Nozaki decides to open a standing udon noodle restaurant. After his shop fails and his wife leaves him, however, he tells restaurant revival specialist Toshizo Kitakata that his only wish is to die mastering the craft of making udon noodles.
