Siberian Husky

In 1925 a team of Siberian Huskies made their way through  a blinding snowstorm to deliver a diphtheria medication to Nome, Alaska. They are credited with saving the town. The lead dog was immortalized with a statue of himself in New York’s Central Park. These hero’s love their families and get along well with children.
