 Although it is quite a challenge to teach a specific subject in a simple and enjoyable way, it is possible thanks to our experiences and acquired knowledge. Based on this same principle, we have accepted a challenge that is different from the rest, more complex but no less exciting: the challenge of "teaching to teach." 

Simulator Instructor is aimed at pilots who wish to become aviation educators, aviation psychologists, aviation friends, among other titles, since an instructor usually fulfills all these roles in the cockpit of an airplane or simulator. Teaching is an art that requires navigating different stages of a student's personality, as each person is different and each of these different people needs a specific instructor with a specific personality who can bring out the best in that student.  In this new edition, we will learn about the basic theoretical concepts that an instructor must master.
