Somewhere Worth Staying

I came to Cedar Hollow to lay low.

Instead, I got adopted by an entire town…and accidentally fell for a ridiculously handsome bookstore owner.


I don't do forever. I don't do small towns. And I definitely don't do charming widowers who look at me like I'm something worth keeping.

Unfortunately, Everett Hart didn't get that memo.

Neither, apparently, did my heart.

Because the more time I spend with him, the harder it becomes to remember why I planned to leave.

For the first time in years, I can imagine a future. A home. A happy ending.
