Speech and Computer

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 24th International Conference on Speech and Computer, SPECOM 2022, held as a hybrid event in Gurugram, India, in November 2022.
The 51 full and 9 short papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 99 submissions.
