This is Elmore Leonard at his best.
A bit disappointed by Djibouti, I looked for an early book I had not yet read.
Perfect dialogue, great story telling. The reader is there.
A testimony to E.L's belief in "getting out of the way", and in using as few words as possible, only the necessary ones!
