 In 2253, ten thousand high level personnel get ready to leave Earth for their new home on the planet Stoffia.

The CEP attempt to stop the evacuation, with devastating results for the new senior officer, Dean Bent.

 Arriving on Stoffia, another threat becomes apparent when a new leader takes the helm, and a power-hungry scientist has plans of his own, which threatens to change everything.

 Jack and Laura, along with the rest of the team, prepare for the worst, another war imminent unless they can stop the new regime.
