Sage is searching for her lost brother - the only other family member to survive when the dragons attacked their village ten years ago - and will do whatever it takes to see them reunited. 

However a chance encounter with an injured dragon changes her destiny. Against her will, Sage is bonded with the dragon Sahva and becomes an outcast from human society. When she realises that not everything she's been told about the decade-long war is true, she must decide if she trusts Sahva enough to work with him to end the bloodshed.
