Magical things happen when pushing yourself beyond 3/4trs the speed of light – dreams come true, life takes on new purpose, all ills are cured, planets are saved.

When the destiny of a zillion lives are thrust into your hands you have two choices; ‘man’-up or crumble in a heap. Shug was never much for crumbling. 

The adventure that lay ahead would be like all the others he’s had – terrifying when you’re having them, electrifying when reminiscing. But, would he get the chance to look back on this one?

None of the odds are on his side. 

With just under a week to save his entire nation from extinction, the only glimmer of hope lies with Magdalena Magdolin, Nessie, and the Edenite Collider. 

Can they fulfil his hope?

About the Author:

Steve Cooper was born in 1962 on St Andrew’s day in Glasgow. 

After working as a fitter at the Face in dank Scottish Collieries through the 80s, he continued his Engineering studies at Strathclyde University followed by a Business Degree at the University of Glasgow before moving to Australia in 2008. 

Steve lives in the leafy suburbs of Melbourne with his partner Lynnie.

He is a professional engineer, amateur motorcycle racer, and perpetual garage-band drummer.  

When not writing, his favourite pastimes are travelling, cooking, and sharing a cold beer and champagne with family and friends.
