Ted Bell's Storm

Lord Alexander Hawke—hero of Ted Bell’s “swashbuckling” (James Patterson) New York Times bestselling series—is back, and this time he may have met his match.

Six months after the murder of Diana Congreve, Alex Hawke finds his oldest friend broken beyond repair. At Diana’s grave, Hawke witnesses Ambrose Congreve at his lowest point—a man who has lost the will to live. Hawke knows the truth about grief: it never ends. But it can be turned into purpose. Hawke offers Congreve everything he has—his fortune, his resources, and his gun—to hunt down the killers responsible.

Their target is Silence, the twin assassins behind the carnage of Warmonger. One sister, Élodie Durand, is supposedly dead by suicide in her prison cell. But Congreve immediately sees through the lie: a staged death, a vanished body, and proof that Silence is fighting back—with powerful allies.

But as Hawke’s personal wealth is crippled by a devastating cyber-heist, CIA agent Harry Brock uncovers an even greater threat: the theft of a tactical nuclear weapon. Both crises point to a single mastermind—a shadowy Moriarty-like criminal whose ambition is absolute: to become the true “Napoleon of Crime.”

Ted Bell’s Storm is a high-octane revenge thriller that pits loyalty against loss, intellect against madness, and Alex Hawke against the most dangerous enemy he has ever faced.
