The courts continued to underachieve in administering appropriate sentences. No one it seemed, could or would intervene. A fast moving short story of one man's solution, and another man's willingness to go beyond the boundaries to achieve a satisfactory solution. This is fiction, but would sit very comfortable with a great majority of those who care to log in for a read. It is not a vigilante tale ... more like a precise and concise course of action taken by a professionally qualified professional.
