A man is slowly slipping out of the world. His job, his routines, his sense of self,  all unraveling. Only one thing remains: an obsession with a woman who might be real… or merely dreamt. She returns, night after night, ever-shifting, ever-elusive. She knows him better than he knows himself.

As the boundaries between reality and reverie begin to blur, strange figures emerge , forgotten archetypes, as if escaped from an ancient deck of cards. He recognizes them without knowing why. Is it possible to awaken while falling?

L'Angélus is a modern initiation tale, a descent into gentle madness, or into another kind of truth. A story where love weaves itself into mystery, and each page fractures the mirror of the world a little more.
