The Big Snow

When the geese migrate south, the woodland animals know it’s time to get ready for winter. Rabbits and deer grow thick warm coats. Chipmunks build up stores of seeds and nuts in their homes to munch on all winter long. Skunks and pheasants don’t need to change anything. Raccoons get ready to sleep until it’s warm again.

The wise owls see a rainbow around the moon and warn the others of a big snow on the way. What will the animals do when the storm disrupts their winter routine?
