The war on drugs has failed. China supplies the precursors and the Mexican cartels flood the country with millions of fentanyl pills, killing thousands of US citizens every year. It has to be stopped.
To maintain deniability and avoid open conflict with China, the US government surreptitiously contracts Jax Wilder to send a message to the Chinese and Mexican drug cartels.
