Alexis has a bright Level 7 season ahead. After qualifying for State Championships in her first meet of the season, she is looking forward to upgrading her routines in hopes of making it to Regionals. However, a sudden injury sets her back and derails her big plans.

Join twelve-year-old Alexis as she discovers the hard work involved in rehabilitation. She experiences pain, frustration, sadness, and determination. Will this injury take her out for the season or will she be ready in time to compete at State?

The Comeback is the third book in the series, Perfect Balance Gymnastics Optionals. This series is a spin-off to the original Perfect Balance Gymnastics Series. Both series depict strong diverse girls reaching their goals and promote grace and confidence for life.

This book is written at a 7th grade reading level and appeals to ages 11-14.
