Hanley House.

For centuries, when the house had been lived in, it had been plagued by paranormal activity, mysterious deaths, and disappearances. It had been a magnet for the disturbed, Satanists, and serial killers. Abandoned, the house had become a magnet for the curious – urban explorers, vandals, paranormal investigators, and thrill-seekers.

In the present, with new residents, the hauntings have begun again. Cass Rayner and her team of paranormal investigators are called on to investigate a death and the disappearances of another team. Cass soon discovers that a faceless evil beyond her understanding is responsible for the haunting – an evil with new rules. Trapped by the house, she has to unearth its secrets before it kills again.
