The Ghost and Devlin Muir

Artist and university professor Devlin Muir is having the worst day of his life.  He's lost his job, his girlfriend, and after a fire, he's suddenly homeless... then, a miracle happens, and Devlin inherits the Foxley Mansion, a beautiful seaside cottage.  It doesn't hurt that the caretaker's beautiful granddaughter is interested.  Unfortunately, Jilly Fairfield has competition in the form of Serena... the nymphomaniac ghost of Devlin's  great-great grandfather.
