Anthony Farrell is a likeable HGTV carpenter and host. His goal is to work hard, driving his show to the top of the ratings. He doesn't need the distraction of a silly Irish legend about kissing a beautiful woman at midnight and finding true love.

Interior designer Deanna Post is thrilled to be working near Anthony, whom she's loved since childhood. But they're buddies, both talented and competent in their fields, so working near each other shouldn't be a problem.

When Anthony has the infamous midnight kiss with Deanna, he is determined to reject the legend and find Deanna a suitable boyfriend. Not him. So, despite his growing feelings for her, he sets her up with other dates, hoping she'll find someone to love her.

But when Deanna is promoted on the show, it means they'll be together constantly, working side-by-side. Can Anthony resist the lure of the legend? And whether it's fate or coincidence, will friendship blossom into true love?
