The Star-Eater Chronicles 8: The Ark of Humanity

Seth Gingko has the fastest human-owned ship in the home galaxy. It has been pimped/souped up by plant hybrid cyborg aliens (The Florans). He has a mate, Carol, and a new baby daughter, Weiss.
But he has a huge problem. he started a war that all but finished off the entire Human population of the galaxy.
So he begins the creation of an Ark, a safe haven for Humans to re-invent themselves and begin reconstruction.
Unfortunately, Seth’s partner, Carol has been hit by a deathly nano-virus, with seemingly no cure.
Running out of ideas, Seth reverts to Humanity's plan; the revitalization of the human species.
What can go wrong?
