T'Sly, a young technician aboard the "Back In Time" is charged by the Captain to go explore the outside of the ship to see if there is any damage. T'Sly then grabs her Space Surf and flies to explore the ship's hull. It is then that he makes an unexpected encounter in the emptiness and freezing cold of Neptune's atmosphere ...
