We are babies in the universe, barely conscious, yet able to dream - just learning to do magical scientific things. We think we're the pinnacle of the universe. We're sorely mistaken. We're not even the pinnacle of this planet. Our creation stories are just myths and we're about to get woken up and fought over by greater powers, some who want to raise us up right, and others who just want to reclaim their property. That's the Earth and everything on it and in it - including us. There is a well protected key to one superior race's intentions here, and they have no problem destroying half the galaxy to get it. It should be easy for them, but their key is on the run.
