Too Much to Lose

I love my life in New York. I love my job, my freedom, and my friends. What I don't love is going home to an empty bed every night, and the constant reminders of my cheating ex. There's definitely a solution for that in Texas…Ben. The only problem is I'm not certain I'm ready for another serious relationship.

Ben seemed to fall head over heels for me almost from the moment we met and the attraction was certainly mutual. However, great sex is all I'm willing to give. He tests my patience at every turn and I test his endurance whenever we're alone together. I just can't offer more right now, can I? My brother would love for me to move to Texas, I'm just not sure giving my heart away in the process is the best idea.
