Description de l’éditeur
James Turner appeals the district courts grant of summary judgment in favor of the Commissioner of Social Security upholding a denial of Disability Insurance Benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. Turner contends that the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") did not give sufficient weight to the opinion of one of his doctors, improperly discredited his own testimony, and failed to adequately address his Veteran Affairs ("VA") disability rating. Because substantial evidence supports the ALJs decision and the ALJ committed no legal error, we affirm.
