Two Moon Night

In the popular imagination, aliens from other planets are always much more intelligent than we Earthlings, possess an extremely advanced civilization, and want either to help or destroy us. But suppose none of that is true. They may have faster-than-light space travel but no television, the ability to read minds but no newspapers, fantastic engineering skills but no genetic science. In other words, they're pretty ordinary folk. When the human-descended inhabitants of Nettara take an interest in Earth, cultures clash and bewilderment ensues.
