Description de l’éditeur

¶1. General Casualty Company of Wisconsin appeals an order granting summary judgment to Allstate Insurance Company concluding that General Casualty's uninsured motorist (UM) coverage provided primary coverage and the excess UM coverage of Allstate's policy remained untriggered. General Casualty argues that 1995 anti-stacking legislation changed the primary-versus-excess landscape of UM coverage and that, in order to give reasonable meaning to every provision of General Casualty's policy, General Casualty and Allstate should each provide $50,000 of UM coverage. We disagree and affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
