This gripping multi-generational historical saga of drive, adventure, determination, survival and triumph: UNBROKEN SPIRIT, follows the lives and descendants of two distinctly different families, separated for over 200 years. One black, from Elmina, Africa and one white; from Seville, Spain and their eventual re-union through marriage; as they endure wars, famine, riots, discrimination, poverty and love in Africa, the Caribbean, South America and the US —culminating with the football (soccer) playing descendant of the original families, Zuck Hunter, striving to make the World Cup 2010 football team and returning to Africa 200 years after both his ancestors left: one as a young Ashanti slave and the other as the young Seville cabin boy on the same slave ship, Nossa senhora da concepção.
