Unexpected Beginnings

Amanda's life took an unexpected turn when a woman was discovered in her hotel bathroom half drowned. An investigation into the woman's attack and her past cause the two women form a relationship.
Circumstances when they were children caused them to grow up in different homes and to lead very different lives. One of them just can't catch a break and got involved with the wrong people and did something illegal.
Now they are constantly surrounded by security while a search is on to find out who the attack in the hotel room was really meant for. Then they both get another surprise after a private investigator is hired to search for a third woman which leads all of their lives on unexpected new paths.
