Kira has a unique psychic ability. She can control sexual desire. After being hurt by men in the past, she has decided to use her talent to interrogate them for information. She works freelance and does well in this lucrative business until she finally meets her match. Dixon Hazard is a political activist in possession of files that could damage several high-ranking officials. She works to uncover the location of those files, but she's shocked to discover she's not in control of the lust between them.
