When we want to change our behavior, receiving feedback is an incredibly powerful tool. It’s something that is so much a part of our daily life that we hardly think about it, or the degree to which it influences how we behave.If we can harness the power of feedback as part of our everyday life on the job we have acquired a powerful tool to help us change our behavior in order to improve our performance. The problem is often that feedback is hard to get, or not focused or precise enough, or takes too long and is not timely. URVU deals with all those issues and provides an opportunity to collect feedback in the moment that is both practical, and which can be used to shape our behavior going forward.
