Description de l’éditeur

Anger has traditionally been frowned upon. Yes, it can lead to violence which is not good for the angry person or those around them. Anger can also make you stand back and take a look at your life and identify what needs to change.

If you are with someone who is angry it might be useful to remember that there is emotional pain and probably sadness under that anger. That does not mean you can fix it for that person. They have to take responsibility for their own emotional issues.

When you are experiencing a lot of anger do you blame the other person for 'making you angry' or do you stop and take a look at how loved you are feeling? You may find that what is causing the anger is a fear of not being loved or loveable. Thus it is time for you to sort out your own emotional life. Counselling can help.
