Webmaster

The Webmaster, an overlord at the heart of the metropolis. A grotesque fusion of spiderlike appendages and vast neural networks, The Webmaster resides in a dark Citadel, spinning webs of influence that connect to every drone, streetlight, and device in the city. It feeds on the despair of its subjects, drawing strength from their compliance and using its network to anticipate rebellion before it begins.
