When The Red Moon Runs Dry

Six years have passed since the events of Find the Star, and the galaxy is even more fragmented and isolated than it was before. Marshal Tyron Noel has taken up a command in one of the galaxy's most respected fleets, while Violetta Iolanda finds work as a bodyguard where she can. They exist in a galaxy of turmoil and hopelessness, but each does what they can to get by.


A mysterious group called the Masokan Pirates, feared throughout the galaxy's underworld and lead by a man charged with divine rights to put humanity into, cross paths with a notorious war criminal, General Mu. The disgraced former military leader of Earth has a plan to not only help fulfill the Masokan Pirates crusade, but his own hunger for vengeance on the planet that took away his army. 


Marshal is forced to confront his own past with the Masokan Pirates, and how it might save the future of humanity. Violetta is pushed to the limit of what friendship and loyalty are to those she cares for. Together, they have to find a way to stop the monstrous force that is the Masokan Pirates. As the fight goes on, old friends they thought were long gone reach out to them. Marshal and Violetta learn if there is to be a victory over the Masokan Pirates, it might only be the beginning of universal battle bigger than the human race itself.
