Wire and Acrobats

EMIL is a Romanian writer hired by a U.S. theatre to write a short piece about his country. LILY, the producer, is quite unhappy with the material Emil has and she’s trying to direct his story into the desirable way. The Romanian manages to buy some time when he comes up with a social realistic play about the Wild East. However, his story quickly turns into emotional acrobatics show, unfolding a series of such almost surrealistic acrobatics, happening on the course of the same night in a dreamlike Romania.
