Many leaders define themselves by what they do or how much they achieve, but God is much more interested in who they are.

Your Character Matters provides a firm understanding of the spiritual qualifications required to lead God's people. Whether you are the leader of your family, a team at work, or an entire church congregation, this book is for all Christian leaders who want to model Christlike behavior and are willing to make changes in their lives to be great for God.

About the Authors

Dr. Johnson and Dr. Woolsey are founding members of Genesis College & Seminary, an international ministry serving thousands of inmates across the nation. Both have been faculty members at Christian colleges and universities. Johnson is blessed with four wonderful children and six cherished grandchildren, while Woolsey has two children who are a true blessing.
