My first 5 seconds

Thank you for writing this book Mel on day one I have used this rule all day!

EmmaB2019 ,

Too much swearing. Little information

Not a very spiritual book

HenryJ489 ,

Very good - Could be shorter

It was really interesting for the most part, Mel is a great narrator and easy to listen to. The principles have helped me massively on day to day life, I am much more productive in the mornings.

My one gripe is that sometimes I felt like the same point was be repeated over and over again, with so many examples. Got a bit tiresome in some parts, but that’s just me!

I would still highly recommend this to anyone!
