Incredible
An incredible story made better by the knowledge it’s a true story. Being both the author and narrator, Ben reads the story exactly as he wanted it read, making it engaging and well flowing. He reads brilliantly and with heart. As an author he has an exceptional talent for writing history in the form of a narrative.
Can’t stop listening. Found a typo perhaps.
It's wonderful to listen such an incredible story so skilfully written and on top of that it's being read by the author himself! Doesn't get better than that.
I found a mistake though. On 40:37 Mr. Macintyre reads that “..after completing his meetings at MI5 and MI6, Elliott didn’t head to the bar beneath…”. But it doesn’t make sense, I thought it’s supposed to be Kim Philby, not Mr. Elliott. So I had to buy a book with a text to see what's exactly written in that place and proved myself right as it's supposed to be Philby instead of Elliott. Please dear people, correct me if I’m wrong, as English is not my mother tongue.
