I am overjoyed to now have this incredibly useful audiobook of Rebecca’s!
I have experienced anxiety to varying degrees for many years. All methods I’ve tried to alleviate this sometimes debilitating condition, have unfortunately been unsuccessful. Until I discovered transformational breathing that is!
I was incredibly fortunate to hear Rebecca being interviewed by Fearne Cotton on her podcast, Happy Place. This took me on an enlightening journey to discovering the power of transformational breathing.
The only thing that has been missing for me has been guided and sequential breathing exercises to do daily, which this audio book provides.
I no longer suffer from anxiety and haven’t since I discovered Rebecca and her amazing transformational breathing.
I hope you enjoy this book and guided exercises as much as I am. Katie x
